Everything a group needs, nothing it doesn't

Made for the moment after the holiday when nobody remembers who paid for the taxi.

🎉

Free and unlimited

As many groups and expenses as you like. No daily limits, no ads.

🤝

Fewest payments

Instead of everyone paying everyone, you get the shortest list of payments that makes the whole group even.

💡

Who should pay next?

Before the next round of drinks, see whose turn it is so the group stays balanced as you go.

🔗

Join with a link

Send an invite on WhatsApp or by email. Friends join in their browser, no download needed.

⚖️

Split it your way

Equally, by exact amounts or by shares, for example 2 for a couple and 1 for everyone else.

💸

Pay in one tap

Add your Revolut or PayPal link and friends can pay you straight from the settle-up list.

How it works

Three steps, and nobody has to keep a spreadsheet.

Start a group

Name it ("Crete 2026", "Flat 4B") and add your friends, or send them an invite link.

Add expenses as you go

Whoever pays adds it in a few seconds. Everyone sees the same balances, updated live.

Settle up

Group Debts lists who pays whom, as few payments as possible. Mark them paid and you're even.

Questions

If yours isn't here, write to [email protected].

Is it really free?

Yes. Groups, expenses, settling up and invites are free with no limits and no ads. In future there may be optional extras for things like receipt scanning or several currencies, but the basics stay free.

Does everyone need to sign up?

No. You can add friends by name and keep track for them. If they want to see the group and add expenses themselves, they join with your invite link and a quick email sign-in.

Does Group Debts move money?

No. It keeps the tally and tells you who should pay whom. You pay each other the way you normally do, and payment links make that a single tap.

Where are the iPhone and Android apps?

They are on the way. Until then the web app works on any phone: open it in your browser and add it to your home screen.

What happens to my data?

Your groups are stored securely so everyone in the group sees the same thing. We never sell data or show ads, and you can delete your account at any time. Read the privacy policy.
